Youth Acceleration and Agility Camp
Youth Acceleration and Agility Camp

Purpose: Teach proper running, cutting, and jumping techniques and develop speed and explosiveness.
Participants will be led by Fremont High, Fremont Middle School coaches and Fremont Health Certified
Athletic trainers.
Where: Fremont High School Track (1650 N. Lincoln Street). In case of inclement weather we would go inside at FHS
Who can participate: Area students entering 3rd through 8th grades.
When: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, June 11–July 18
Time: 9:00 - 9:45 am each day
Cost: $ 50.00 (participants will receive a t-shirt at the end of the camp). Make checks payable to Methodist Fremont Health and provide the first day of camp.
What to Wear: Wear workout gear along with good tennis shoes. Also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Softball Skills Development Camp
Head Coach Mike Schleicher and his staff will be conducting a softball skills development camp for girls entering grades 3 – 12 on May 28, 29, and 30 (May 31 will be reserved for a “rain make-up day” if needed) at the Schilke Fields Complex. Instruction will be provided in all aspects of the game including fielding, throwing, hitting, base running, defensive play and offensive play.
Girls entering grades 3 – 5 May 28 – 30 9:00 am – 10:30 am $25
Girls entering grades 6 – 8 May 28 – 30 11:00 am – 12:30 pm $25
Girls entering grades 9 – 12 May 28 – 30 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm $25
*** Registration Deadline is Friday, May 17 ***
(Late registrations are welcome – but not guaranteed a Fremont Softball t-shirt)

- Campers will need to bring their glove and a water bottle. Campers may also bring their own additional equipment (helmets, bats, batting gloves, etc.) if they wish.
- Campers must have transportation to and from the camp each day.
